Pay per Semester/Year Option:

$80 Per Semester, $160 for the year.

Additional classes are $40/student per class for the semester or $80+ for the year.

$30 costume fee for the year for 1 class.

$60 costume fee for the year for 2 classes or more.

$30 art supply fee for the semester.

Pay per Month Option:

1 class is $30 per student per month.

Additional classes are $10/student per class.

Adult Painting classes are $25 per person per session.

There is a $20 costume fee per SEMESTER for students in 1 dance class.

Students in 2 or more dance classes must pay a $40 costume fee per SEMESTER.

Art students must pay a $30 art supply fee per SEMESTER.

Financial Assistance: We do offer sponsored partial and full scholarships for students at need. We also do require leotards, tights and ballet shoes, however, as a ministry with a focus toward affordable arts we are able to provide some dance-wear discounted, if you are unable to afford shoes or leotards, please indicate! Media Release: I grant to Caring Community Church and Heaven’s Least Ballet, its representatives and employees, the right to photograph my student in connection with Heaven’s Least Ballet social media. I authorize Caring Community and Heaven’s Least Ballet, use to publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that they may use such photographs of my student with or without a name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Assumption of the Risk & Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, was declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. As a result, the State of Michigan has issued emergency regulations to address COVID-19.

Heaven’s Least Ballet (“HLB”), pursuant to then current guidelines, has put into place preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19, which I and my student(s) agree to follow to the best of our ability. However, HLB and Caring Community Church (“CCC”) cannot guarantee that you and/or your family will not becomes infected with COVID-19 during your voluntary activity at HLB or on CCC grounds.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my family and/or I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending HLB and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily agree to assume all the foregoing risks and access sole responsibility for any injury to my student(s) and/or myself (including, but no limited to, personal injury, disability and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, and that I and/or my family may experience or incur in connection with my or my student’s(s’) attendance at HLB (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my student(s), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless HLB and CCC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including the liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claim based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of HLB or CCC, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after my or our participation in any activities at HLB or on CCC property.
